We offer Private One on One Personal Training by appointment only. We prioritize strength training, because its been shown to be the best for overall body composition, and has a slew of other benefits including, heart health, increased bone density, better athletic performance, decreased fall risk in aging populations, increased mobility, increased functional strength, and increased core stability. We work with all ages and skill levels, and program our workouts specifically to your individual needs.

      David is an excellent trainer. Both my husband and I have been using his services since September 2015 when we moved to the neighborhood. He always makes sure to alternate our workouts and we have both seen results! Highly recommend!

      David is a really nice guy, who really knows what he's doing. I love how my body has changed over the past year, and how it will continue to change. He's helped me to become a person who 'finally' enjoys working out... and I never thought that it would happen.  You owe it to yourselves to give some training sessions with David a try, you'll like it too!

It's a great way to have a guided experience of working out, especially for those who want an alternative to going to the gym on their own. The classes are fun, engaging, and really make a positive, healthy difference. A wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

      Took a class through class pass and have been thoroughly impressed by David's hospitality and SGT (small group training) class.  I just got back into exercising consistently and the L sgt class was at just the right intensity.

    It started off very easy and with a little repitition of sets, it started to ramp up in intensity and keeps it up till the end. The sets itself are very doable, it's up to you on how much weight you use to control the intensity. I chose to do at what i felt was right, and by the end, I almost passed out.

    That's my fault though, i only had a PB&J before the class. Good thing David recognized the starry-eyed 'about to pass out low blood sugar daze'. And handed me a Gatorade and had me sitdown till the end of the class.  I'm very grateful for David's hospitality because I usually push myself too hard and he caught me before I got to that level.  He also gave me a water bottle earlier on for free, which was very nice of him, he didn't ask for money and thankfully so because I forgot to bring my wallet.

    It was great and I'll be back sometime probably
