PTM is our most results-driven program. You get weekly 60-minute personal training sessions for 6 months, with monthly session allotments that must be used each month. This built-in consistency keeps you accountable and guarantees steady progress. Perfect for clients who want long-term results, structure, and a dedicated training partnership.
2-on-1 Personal Training
Our 2-on-1 sessions deliver customized workouts, expert guidance, and a motivating environment – at a more affordable rate. Same high-level training, shared energy, faster results.
